Pastors will always be on the front lines of care, especially during times of crisis. But there are always many more needs, for ongoing, one-to-one care than pastors can effectively meet by themselves. This is where Stephen Ministry steps in.
Stephen Ministry provides one-to-one Christ-centered care for people who are experiencing a variety of hurts. Gifted lay members receive extensive training to support and extend the care that pastors continue to provide.God works in and through Stephen Ministers to bring hope and healing to people who are hurting.
